Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which reservations are accepted by Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation. Making a reservation automatically accepts all the terms and conditions outlined here under.
Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation. ABN 15 567 866 738 reserves the right to change and/or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time without notice and such changes will become effective immediately. Please check these terms and conditions periodically for changes. The effective date of these terms and conditions is December 1st 2017.
The accommodation at Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation is self-contained and un-serviced. Initial provisions supplied include soaps and shampoo, and toilet paper in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, milk, sugar and water in the kitchen. These are not replenished during the stay. Also available is shared laundry on the ground floor.
Check-in/arrival time is from 14:00 (2:00PM). Check-out/departure time is prior to 10:00 (10:00AM) All late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested the day before check-out, prior to 10am. Late check-out is at the discretion of the Apartment manager. Late check-out after 11am will result in the following additional charges being applied to your account: 10am - 12pm $50.00 per hour / After 12pm the full daily rate applies
NO PARTY POLICY
Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation has a strict “No Party Policy”, and we would not recommend any guests booking an Apartment for a hens, bucks, birthday party or any other private event as you risk being fined and evicted.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or an individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian cannot provide current photo I.D. when requested at check-in.
For all reservations a refundable bond is required upon arrival. This covers any damage that may occur to the apartments during the occupied dates.
View Apartment: - $100 Bond
Family Balcony Apartment:- $100 Bond
Premium Apartment: - $200 Bond
The guest who is registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and its contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the suite) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment and also may be subject to additional charges depending on damage. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival. In the event payment by credit card fails for any reason the Guest agrees to pay the balance within 7 days of being notified in writing of the payment required by the Agent.
Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.
Policies may change during periods of the year due to events or holiday seasons. Please refer to your policy on your booking confirmation letter at time of booking.
You agree to enter the car park at your own risk. Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else.
Children aged 0-2 years are free of charge using existing bedding (roll-away/sofa is not existing bedding) Child rate applies for children aged 3-12 years and will be charged at $30 per night. Conditions apply: refer to Maximum Capacity Per Suite.
The registered guest agrees to pay any Emergency Service Call-out Fee charged for false alarms. This includes circumstances relating to smoking and cooking inside of the room where the smoke alarm is triggered.
Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation may evict a guest or visitors without warning. Guests who are evicted from the apartment will be blacklisted from Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation and we may choose to notify the police. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur;
Intoxication and unsavoury behaviour
Overcrowding ? when the number of persons in the suite exceeds the capacity (see maximum capacity per suite table)
Physical or verbal assault towards accommodation representatives, residents or other guests
Wilful damage to Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation property
Any incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises
Any behaviour posing a safety threat to others
Ignoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)
