=18ptPHILLIP ISLAND OFF-TRACK ACCOMMODATION =18pt =18ptTERMS AND CONDITIONS=12ptPlease read these terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which reservations are accepted by Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation.=12ptMaking a reservation automatically accepts all the terms and conditions outlined hereunder. Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation. 
=12ptARRIVAL/DEPARTURE=12ptCheck-in/arrival time is from 14:00 (2:00PM). We allow guests to arrive earlier and to store any luggage until the apartment is ready. Check-out/departure time is prior to 10:00 (10:00AM). If the hotel is fully committed on the departure date, late departures or extensions not already confirmed will not be permitted.=12ptAll late check-outs are subject to availability and must be requested the day before check-out, prior to 10am. 
=12pt =12ptBEDDING =12pt Rooms are restricted to a maximum of 4 people per apartment upstairs (apartment 1, 2, 3 and 4) and 6 downstairs (apartment 5). No additional people (adults or children) will be accepted. 
=12ptBONDS/ CREDIT CARD PRE-AUTHORISATION=12ptFor all reservations a refundable bond is required upon arrival. This covers any damage that may occur to the apartments during the occupied dates.=12ptApartment #1, 2, 3 and 4 - $100 Bond=- =12ptApartment #5 - $200 Bond
=12ptSUITE DAMAGE=12ptThe guest who is registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and its contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the suite) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment and also may be subject to additional charges depending on damage. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival. In the event payment by credit card fails for any reason the Guest agrees to pay the balance within 7 days of being notified in writing of the payment required by the Agent.
=12ptCANCELLATIONS=12ptBooking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.=12ptThis policy applies to all reservations not subject to the Special Events Cancellation Policy. =12pt·        =12ptAll reservations require a deposit of the first night?s Tariff to confirm reservations. =12pt·        =12ptCancelation more than 7 days out from arrival = No charge.=12pt·        =12ptCancelation less than 7 days out from arrival = Deposit forfeited.=12pt·        =12ptCancelation less than 48 hours from arrival or no-show = Deposit forfeited plus 50% of tariff of total nights booked.=12pt =12ptSpecial Events Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy.=12ptSpecial Events Periods - Major Events, Holiday weekends and all events at Phillip Island Race Track. Guests will be informed that the period they have requested is a Special Event Period. =12pt·        =12ptAll reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure booking.=12pt·        =12ptCancelation less than 48 hours from event or no-show = Non-refundable deposit plus balance of tariff of total nights booked.
=12ptCAR PARKING=12ptYou agree to enter the car park at your own risk. Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation does not accept any responsibility for damages or loss to your property or property belonging to someone else.
=12ptEVICTION OF A GUEST=12ptPhillip Island Off-Track Accommodation may evict a guest or visitors without warning. Guests who are evicted from the apartment will be blacklisted from Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation and we may choose to notify the police. A guest is subject to such eviction should the following (but not limited to) occur;=10pt§  =12ptIntoxication and unsavoury behaviour=10pt§  =12ptOvercrowding ? when the number of persons in the suite exceeds the capacity (see maximum capacity per suite table)=10pt§  =12ptPhysical or verbal assault towards accommodation representatives, residents or other guests=10pt§  =12ptWilful damage to Phillip Island Off-Track Accommodation property=10pt§  =12ptAny incident for which the police need to be called onto the premises=10pt§  =12ptAny behaviour posing a safety threat to others=10pt§  =12ptIgnoring advice to reduce excessive noise (music or other noise)=10pt§  =12ptThrowing of objects over the balconies or from windows=10pt§  =12ptSmoking within the apartment (a cleaning and deodorizing fine will also apply)
=12ptGUEST COURTESY=12ptFor the comfort of all our guests, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum so everyone can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. We request that any non-registered visitors leave all suites by 23:00 (11pm) each evening. Please also extend this courtesy to our neighbours when entering and exiting the building or car park. Note, no parties are permitted. Underage "Schoolies" (November) are not accepted and will be evicted if left by parents.
